Eligibility Criteria: Returns are accepted if you receive a damaged product, a defective item, or the wrong variation (color/size).

The Unboxing Video: To help us process your claim instantly with our supply partners, please record a clear unboxing video when opening your package.

Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Change of Mind: Because we process orders quickly to keep prices low, we do not currently accept returns or refunds for "change of mind."

Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed directly to your bank account or store wallet within 3 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
